About the event
Come and join us on our therapeutic three-day retreat where we find healing and explore the challenges faced by women entering and living through the menopause.
During the retreat, there will be time to explore emotional issues with therapeutic group sessions with Jumana and Yasmin as well as physical symptoms with Mizan therapist, Saffia, Herbal knowledge from Rasheeqa of Hedge Herbs as well as HRT & effective alternatives advice from a Muslim G.P.. We also have a a specialist yoga teacher and amazing massages on offer!
There will be space to connect to our inner wisdom and spirituality, to enjoy the years ahead with new energy, joy and focus, entering into another phase of spiritual energy and wisdom inshAllah.
There will be lots of fun with the other sisters with drumming and nasheeds!
