About the event
A three day intensive therapeutic retreat in the Buckinghamshire countryside at St. Katherine's Parmoor. Includes individual creative arts therapy sessions, group therapeautic sessions, art activities, countryside walks, dhikr, prayers and Maulid. An opportunity to reset yourself on a personal and spiritual level. Accomodation, meals and activities are included. Massages also available on request.
