About the Retreat

Spiritually reconnect

We will have plenty of opportunity to spiritually reconnect and heal with Islamic meditation, group or private prayers as well as dhikr and nasheeds! There is also time for quiet reflection at the beautiful retreat venue.

The menopause can be an emotionally diffacult time, with ups and downs and increased anxiety. To help manage, heal and prepare ourselves for the emotional challenges, we have group therapeutic sessions and

It is set in beautiful grounds, ancient trees and it's own resident peacock!

Recycled Paper

It was a perfect combination of spiritual, intellectual, social and physical nourishment. We learned, shared, cared and laughed in equal measure although we'd never met before. We met around a very specific topic, the menopause, and this made our bond immediate and very strong. I highly recommend this retreat.

Recycled Paper

A great place to learn about the menopause in a holistic and spiritual way and share your worries and problems. A beneficial time of self discovery and self acceptance with like minded sisters. Structured well with lots of activities to suit all.

Recycled Paper

You emerge a different person. Definitely worth every woman to experience at least once in their life. Brilliant at accomodating people experiencing any difficulty.
