Service Description

This is a weekly online meditation and art therapy course for sisters only. We explore our inner selves, emotions and what is blocking our happiness and spiritual progression through art and image. These images are kept private and not shared with others unless a participant wants to do so. We complete the hour with dhikr Allah for healing and wellbeing.
