Retreats

How do I book on?

You can purchase your place by paying in full on the wellbeing portal. We will then contact you to confirm your place and ask you to fill out a registration form. Alternatively, you contact us to set up a payment plan or apply for concessions.

Passports and Health/Travel Insurance

After Brexit, it is a requirement that your passport will be in date six months after your trip. Please check your passport. We would also advise to get your own travel insurance which includes medical insurance.

How do I get there?

You will need to purchase your own flights to Spain. We can assist you in finding the best flight if needed. We then meet at Malaga airport on the first day of the retreat and then you will be transported to the retreat centre which is about 1.5 hours from Malaga airport. If there are other sisters travelling from your city, we try and arrange for you to travel together.

What is included on the retreat?

Is there disabled access?

Unfortunately the retreat venue has many stairs and uneven surfaces so is not suitable for wheelchairs or limited mobility.

How many people will be on the retreat?

There are a maximum of 8 people on the retreat

Can I bring children?

Unless it is a retreat for Mums and children, the retreat is for ladies only, from 18 years old.

What is the age range on the retreat?

There are sisters of all ages on the retreat

Do you cater for special diets?

Please let us know when booking if you have any allergies or special dietary needs. We will try our best to accommodate you. There may be a small charge for some diets such as gluten free.

I have a mental health diagnosis and on medication, is this okay?

Please have a chat with us and we can discuss this further.

Do I have to wear hijab on the retreat?

No, there is no requirement to do so and up to your own discretion. The venue is very secluded with no males around besides occasional maintenance if necessary when would inform everyone.

Can I apply for concessions?

If you are on a low income and receive income-related benefits, you can apply for a concession place. The amount of discount depends on our fund and is currently limited to 25%. Please use the form to apply and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
